The group session is open to anyone, beginner and experienced breather or meditator alike. Please make sure to read the health and safety advise.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a blanket, towel or jacket and wear comfortable, warm clothes.
If you want, set an intention for the breathwork session.
