Breathwork Voyage (auf Deutsch)

Conscious connected breathing is powerful and intuitive. It can help you release old emotions, heal layers of trauma, identify patterns, and gain clarity. Breathwork is a great way to reconnect with your body and bring new aspects of yourself to light. It can bring more energy, joy and peace and is a catalyst for change. The method I guide, Clarity BreathworkTM, is gentle and effective at the same time. I structure the entire 2 hour session so that there is room for a deep experience and for its gentle integration. We start with some exercise and meditation. Then I guide you through 50-60 minutes of conscious, connected breathing. Your own breath, the music and my voice will support you on your deep journey. You can freely choose your financial contribution from €15 to €45. €15 is intended for students; €30 for average earners; €45 for those able to support others. After registering, you will receive an email with information on how to prepare and how to pay. Please note that while breathwork can be very beneficial to your health, it is not a medical method and I am not a medical doctor. If you suffer from severe mental illness, epilepsy, high blood pressure, retinal detachment, or heart disease, please consult your doctor or psychologist before doing breathwork.
