Every second week, we breathe in a beautiful group, live, in person in the wonderful Amparo Workspace right by the sea on Madeira's Eastcoast.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Relax and find inner peace. Reconnect with your body. Release emotions. Balance mind and heart. Energize and recharge. Break free from limiting patterns. Enjoy heartfelt community and authentic connection.
The group session is open to anyone, beginner and experienced breather or meditator alike. Please make sure to read the health and safety advise.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a blanket, towel or jacket and wear comfortable, warm clothes.
If you want, set an intention for the breathwork session.
Please be on time so you get the most out of this breathwork session. Make sure you are able to stay till the end of the session at 7:30 pm.

Please be aware: while breathwork can be very beneficial for your health, it is not a medical practice and Sina, your facilitator, is not a medical practitioner. If you suffer from epilepsy, heart conditions or arrhythmia, high or low blood pressure with fainting history, unstable pregnancy, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis, glaucoma or detached retina, pre-existing lung disease, please consult your doctor before doing breathwork.
If you are currently suffering from a cold, cough, bacterial or viral infection of the respiratory tract, please wait till you have recovered.
